Located 15 miles SE of Dallas or just 24 short miles SE of Downtown Dallas, with easy access to major road arteries in the DFW area. Crandall is perfectly positioned on US Highway 175 and allows for quick access to IH-635, Interstates, 20, 30, 35 East, and 45, along with other highways such as US Highway 175, the President George Bush Turnpike, and the Dallas North Tollway.

Nearby airports such as Dallas Love Field (32 miles away) and Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport (44 miles away). In addition to the two major international airports, Crandall is also close to Mesquite Metro Airport and Terrell Municipal Airport. With the benefit of being in the DFW area, flights from here to anywhere in the Continental United States take less than 4 hours.

Crandall is also located close to Union Pacific’s Intermodal Hub in Mesquite and is very close to the Regional Intermodal Hub.

EDUCATION & WORKFORCE

Trinity Valley Community College has a campus in the nearby neighboring community of Terrell. Local workforce training is also available through a partnership between the Texas Workforce Commission and Trinity Valley Community College with the Texas Skills Development Fund.

The Crandall Community is also served by Texas State Technical College in nearby Red Oak and is just minutes away from major, accredited higher education institutions such as Southern Methodist University, The University of Texas at Dallas, Texas A&M University at Commerce, and The University of Texas at Arlington.
